We offer full English breakfast, fell views, drying room, conservatory, tea and coffee-making facilities and colour TVs. Packed lunches can be provided, and evening meals can also be arranged.

We are well served by public transport - Kendal train station and bus station are both less than 10 minutes walk away, and Oxenholme station (West Coast mainline) is a 5 minute taxi ride.

We are conveniently located for many leisure facilities, including Lakeland Climbing Wall (5 minutes walk) and tennis courts (1 minute walk). A dry ski slope and swimming pool are also within easy reach, as are the cinema and many good restaurants and bars.

We are situated at the gateway to the Lake District National Park, and are also a good base for those wanting to explore the Yorkshire Dales.
